Preparation & Usage
Our Mediterranean risotto uses premium Italian carnaroli rice and its subtle flavour makes it the perfect accompaniment to any meat or fish. Why not serve on its own with a sprinkling of freshly grated Parmesan cheese, for a simple yet tasty dish.
Items to add
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt, 100ml white wine, 1 tbsp butter, finely grated Parmesan cheese (to taste).
Serves 2. Empty contents in to a pan with the olive oil, salt and wine. Add 500ml boiling water and bring to the boil. Simmer for approximately 18-20 minutes until the rice is cooked, stirring occasionally.
Finally, stir in the butter and Parmesan cheese to taste.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened use within 14 days.
