Lansinoh TheraPearl 3-in-1 breast therapy packs have been uniquely designed to be used either hot or cold to give relief for several conditions associated with breastfeeding and can even be used with a breast pump.
Microwave and use when hot to relieve engorgement, plugged ducts and mastitis. You can also use hot with a breast pump to encourage let down and reduce the time spent pumping.
Freeze to use cold to help relieve pain and swelling due to engorgement. The unique design means that the pack stays flexible, even when it is frozen.
Soft fabric cover that can be removed and hand washed with ease.
Use hot: Microwave for up to 16 seconds (depending on your microwave) for warm therapy, store in the fridge or freezer for cold therapy. 700 watts = 16 seconds 1,000 watts = 13 seconds 1,250 watts = 11 seconds please refer to your microwave instructions for wattage. Always remove the pack from the soft fabric cover before warming.
Use cold: To help relieve pain and swelling due to engorgement. Freeze for at least 2 hours then place into covers before use.
For use with a breast pump: to encourage let-down and reduce time spent pumping. Heat packs according to the instructions and wrap around the outside of the breast pump funnels. Apply TheraPearl for a maximum of 20 minutes session. To hold in place, you can pop them directly into your bra or top.
Discard pack if TheraPearl becomes damaged or punctured. Do not use on infants or allow infants to chew on the packs. Important: Instructions included. Please read and retain.
